The Beef

The Sirloin Rambler
Your Beef Connection

We raise our cattle from birth over 2500 acres of open fields and blue skies, without hormones, chemicals, or steroids to ensure the best quality meat for your family. After a life of grass grazing, during the final 6 months our cattle are switched to a mixture of ground Alfalfa, Milo and Wheat Hay, combined with the mash from both Dry Dock Brewing and Mile High Spirits. A grain-finish yields highly marbled, tender and tasty beef. We dry age our beef an additional 14 days prior to processing to your specifics.

The Process

Wholesale Beef Exactly How You Want It

We sell local wholesale beef direct to your freezer. Each quarter is $800 or $4 a pound if the entire steer is less than 800 pounds. After our 14 day dry age, we process your share of steer based on your preferences. It is unique that we allow you the preference of filling out our cut sheet and you determine what cuts of beef you will receive. Each steer is generally a third hamburger, steak and roasts.

The Farm

High Quality
Colorado Beef

Knowing the farm you’re buying from means knowing you can trust the quality of your food source and that the utmost level of care went into raising the cattle. The beef you receive from us is from one single cattle source and after being dry aged for several weeks, its packaged and sent straight to your freezer, meanwhile one pound of ground beef from the standard grocery store could be sourced from 20 different cattle.

Buying local reduces travel time—lowering the carbon footprint and cutting out the middle man. This allows for fresh high quality meat at a lower price all while fostering a deeper appreciation for the time, effort, and resources involved in producing the valuable nutrients you need and an intentional relationship between the food you eat and the community around you.
